[Back to all jobs](/?language=en) # Junior DevOps / Cloud Engineer Remote Full-time Permanent employee ## Your mission * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and/or GitLab CI * Apply Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform / Terragrunt – from green-field to brown-field * Run & tune Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS, GKE, AKS or on-prem) * Introduce GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or FluxCD * Build an end-to-end observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry) * Operate distributed services such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis inside Kubernetes * Work hand-in-hand with our clients – from architecture talks to incident debugging * Take regular hack-time for our own startup side-projects you’ll help shape * Keep us current with the CNCF landscape – we love trying out new projects ## Your profile * Passion for cloud technologies & automation; you live the “Everything-as-Code” ethos * First hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) * Solid skills with Git, Linux and the shell * Curiosity & hunger to learn: you experiment with new tools and share knowledge openly * Team spirit, clear communication (German *or* English) and the courage to ask questions ## Why us? * Remote-first – work from anywhere * Output-oriented culture: we measure results, not hours * Short paths, flat hierarchy, lots of freedom in tools & tech decisions * Annual budget for conferences, certifications (CKA/CKAD/CKS, etc.) & hardware of your choice * Freedom to shape your contract: working hours, vacation, etc. are flexible – you come first * A team that truly breathes DevOps --- ## About us CloudCopscombines deep expertise with a genuine passion for modern IT.
